Christian is our manager and responsible for most non-engineering (and even some management!) tasks.

After studying computer science, he found himself to be the first software engineer in a small start-up, tasked with creating a software team. Joining Bosch seven years later, the company size changed by 5 orders of magnitude, while the task remained the same: create and develop a team to maximize its impact. That exercise went well enough that another 7 years later, the very same team started its own company Efficientware GmbH.

While still excited about technology, his professional career choices have led him down the path of management and leadership, a topic he feels very passionate about. In his free time, Christian plays the Cello or produces edible things – from bread over chocolate to tofu or ice cream.
